Velvet & Co. was founded in 2023 in Tampa, Florida, with a vision to combine modern culinary art and traditional Japanese sushi techniques. Our goal is to provide a unique dining experience that emphasizes quality and comfort. We take pride in our innovative sushi dishes and welcoming atmosphere, using only high-quality ingredients and offering excellent service. Looking ahead, we’re excited to expand our menu with seasonal specialties and consider opening a second location, all while continuing to share our love for delicious Asian cuisine with the community.
